J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Compass en déc. 2018
Entretien
The initial interview was fun! My recruiter was real straightforward and easy to talk to. He asked some tough questions and we got to know each other a little. I was told that I was a great candidate and that they wanted to move forward with a second interview at their office. I received that confirmation but there was a slight mixup on their end. They apologized and I was told we would reschedule. Since then it has been a game of email tag. I was contacted over a week ago to schedule the second interview again and I have yet to hear back. I’ve sent additional emails since concerning the second interview and have not received any reply. I really want to work for Compass but this experience is not going well right now. We’ll see what happens next.

Interview consisted of an email interview, a phone interview, and an in person interview with three different Compass employees. The process was fairly simple and straight forward. After each round I advanced in, I was communicated with quickly to let me know about next steps. There was one hiccup where I expected to get an offer and ended up needing to wait a week due to logistics on behalf of the business.

Question 1
The person who would become my direct report asked me why I left my previous job and if I should have spent more time there before departing. This was a great question because it caught me off guard and it forced me to think about and demonstrate my decision making for life decisions bigger than finishing a project or working with a team. Excellent question!
