Applied and got an email to provide availability.
The recruiter I talked to upset me a bit, as they were not only late to begin the interview, but then during our conversation said they weren't going to answer my question because they didn't know, and that I should have referred to the internet because "everything about Compass is online as it's a publicly traded company", even though it was a company culture question (which I clarified by the way).
Knew I wasn't getting it after the old "I'm going to send your info and notes to the hiring team, and will get back to you next week!"
Extremely funny thinking back at it now, but that was definitely an unprofessional and condescending recruiter on the Compass team.
