Like the other interviewees have said, this company is on-the-ball and engaging when you first reply, then, even after what feels like a positive first interview, they simply ghost you. Now, I understand that they may have had a lot of candidates to interview for their role - but not getting back to someone you've interviewed and promised to notify is plain rude. Even if they were to reach out and make an offer to me now, I wouldn't accept because how companies treat staff during the interview process says a lot about how they'll treat/engage with you once hired.
