Entretien
I had a screening which went well, they asked the basic questions. After that, was an interview with the same person plus someone who was currently in the role. They asked pretty standard questions like why I wanted to work at Comparably, and what my work style was.
However, during the interview I remember they mentioned something along the lines of them not rushing through the interview process because they wanted to find the "right" person, and honestly didn't know what to make of that. But it did not seem like they were very diverse in their hiring. Towards the end of the interview, they asked me to complete an email prompt and send it over within the next few days. I completed it and sent it, but never received another email, not even confirmation they had received it, no feedback, nor if they would continue with me or not. It just ruined my experience, thinking that they couldn't even acknowledge the assignment I had spent time on or the time I had invested in the interview process. It wasn't until a month later that the recruiter let me know they had moved forward with another candidate. I don't think it's fair to have candidates waiting around for a response, with no type of feedback.

So far I have been scheduled for 3 phone interviews and Comparably has dropped the ball on all 3. I'll update once I actually speak with a rep from the company.
