The interview process consists of four rounds: an initial screening interview, a hiring manager interview, a case study with product managers and cross-functional team members, and a final interview with Head of Product.
Overall, the process is well-structured and thoughtful. The interviewers are friendly, genuine, and clearly invested in finding the right team fit

The recruiting team did a great job of telling me what to expect with the job interview process and apologized when there would be multiple days between communication. I talked to the hiring manager and multiple creatives that I would have worked with in the role.
