Super slow and unprofessional.
First call was with some temporary recruiter they'd hired. He'd forgot to call me at our scheduled time - I had to email him and ask if we were still on.
Call was fairly pointless - went about 5 minutes. He asked for my availability and resume, which I sent. A week later, no reply.
He mentioned they were looking to hire a lot of people. Can't imagine why they're struggling to do so.

Entretien
I had a really bad experience because of an unprofessional recruiter.
She showed up late at the interview she rescheduled 3 times.
She kept talking for about half an hour boosting about herself (when the meeting should have been 45 minutes) and not giving any relevant or useful information.
She then proceeded to disappear for almost a week and when asked about a feedback she just sent an automated rejection email.
If this recruiter had to be the face of the company, I am happy i didn't waste any more time on this.

Question 1
the only question i got was "Tell me about yourself" because She "didn't believe in the classical interview methods" and she wanted to have a conversation. BTW this was all in her own way to do things, for what i understood, she wasn't followingthe company's guidelines

Entretien
The Director of HR/Recruiting had a difficult time understanding my last job role because it was a start-up and did not have typical quotas nor responsibilities. He asked me to prepare 2 presentations on the fly and gave me 20 minutes to whiteboard it. After the interview he told me he woudl set-up an interview with the hiring manager. He never called me back nor set anything up. I set-up an interview with the hiring manager directly. After meeting with the hiring manager he asked me for references. He never called them. When one of my references reached out ot him via email he did not reply (an it was a customer )and never contacted me back via phone or email.
