I was able to meet someone from the staff that forwarded my resume to a hiring manager. After that quickly got a response for phone screening, and then it took a couple months to participate in a series of 3 interviews with people across various positions. Interviews included some basic case questions and there was a take home exercise to demonstrate PowerPoint skills.

It took a while for them to respond to my application (4 months). There was an initial phone screen that was brief. I was invited to an in person interview where I met with 4 different people on the team for about 30 minutes each. They ranged from a Senior Associate to a Senior Consultant. I also met with the President. I received the offer after 1 interview within 2 days.
