I was supposed to have an initial phone screen with an HR rep. The lack of communication from her end is incredibly annoying and unprofessional. She can't even provide me with a specific time and date for a call and rather expects me to answer her at a random time during the day. Newsflash, that's not how you conduct business. Get your stuff in order.
