The interviews at CMH are very long, so prepare to be there for a while. They have to write down your answers. My interviews were typically with 2 interviewers including a direct supervisor and another employee. There were lots of questions related to past experience (name a time when…) but it had to be specific to the population you are interviewing to work in.
