Questions d'entretien chez Community Integrated Work Program

The interview was conducted by the program director in which he only asked about three questions. It seemed that he was ready to give me the job and even explained that he rather over hire than under hire because the turn over is unpredictable. Through out most of the interview he was explaining and describing the nature of the job but still managed to be vague.
