phone screen, ~45 minutes. offer came after that. Everyone is busy, had mine rescheduled twice before it actually happened. Two managers interviewed. The tone was friendly but they asked lots of technical questions. Emphasis was on switching but lots of routing questions as well. Some fairly challenging QoS questions were thrown in as well. Nothing on VoIP as they weren't doing it at the time. For wireless engineers most of the questions are about Air Magnet. Depending on who interviews the content can vary widely however.

Questions were all from a CCIE written study guide. No HR-type questions. Lots of switching. STP, PoE, fiber types and connectors, routing, Ability to travel every week and keep up with the pace.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Community Health Systems (Franklin, TN) en déc. 2015

Joke of a company. I applied for the position as well as contacted the hiring manager directly (per referral of a current employee). Never heard anything back until 2 months later. They contacted me for an interview and wanted to hire me but by then, I already had 2 offers from 2 other companies within a week of applying at those places.
The reputation of CHS in the IT community is as true as they say. What a joke of an organization.
