They were very relaxed and welcoming. They gave me the interview questions in advance to review, since I arrived early. The interview lasted an hour and they were very happy to answer all questions in full at the end--they loved discussing their jobs. They are definitely looking to hire people who are aware of equity issues in the environmental justice field. They also asked me to do a brief workshop simulation.
