The only thing I would recommend is negotiating the pay bc it’s hard to get 40 hours and too many workers means less clients means working part time as a full time employee. Then to top it off, whatever you get paid at work is nowhere near to the close to the cost of living in Ca. I did love my co-workers and some supervisors were vary kind, some supervisors don’t even recognize the accomplishments
