      Entretien

DYSFUNCTIONAL AND DISORGNIZED. I walked in to the job fair to make sure they got my application for the Assistant Store Manager position. The lady at the front desk asked if I would like to interview and I said yes. So she brought me and two other people to the break room. We were handed post it notes with numbers on them (not a very professional or good idea). Multiple people had the same numbers and some numbers no one had, it was a mess. We were told the wait was about 10 to 15 minutes. Random people would come to the break room and say next person and no one knew who was next cause we all had numbers we were supposed to go off of. We would ask what's the next number and the person would say "I have no idea, who's next?" I waited about 35 minutes to get interviewed and the interview was pretty simple and the guy seemed happy with me. After the interview, he told me the store manager would give me a second interview and to go wait in the break room again. So I waited about 15 more minutes. And then another lady walks in and announces they only have evening shifts available and asked everyone who was still interested to raise their hands. She asked me what I was looking for. I said I'm interviewing for the Assistant Manager Position. I was told that they don't have that position available. I was enraged, but said nothing and went on my way. This could have easily been avoided had the person up front known what positions were available and not available. An hour of my time was wasted simply because they were disorganized. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and effort and go interview elsewhere.
