I applied for a job in November and did not receive a response until January. We had a quick phone interview and then an in-person interview. I was very insulted that I never received a response from the company after the in-person interview, even after emailing them to follow up.

there were 3 rounds of interviewing: first an HR interview, then one on one interview with three members of company, and finally an editorial exercise to test skills and be reviewed
