Brief phone interview then they ship you off to a group interview in a different city. They do interviewing through a company called Kenexa, which makes you role play. You have to pretend that you work at this fictional hotel chain, in this fictional job role. It was all really confusing, there were written parts, as well as parts you had to pretend to be this fictional person, and solve problems. It had absolutely nothing to with the job I was applying for. By the way, this whole process took about 8 hours to finish. Not once did they want to talk about my 5 years of tobacco experience. Kenexa, you are awful. And Commonwealth-Altadis, I lost a lot of respect for you because you use this idiot method. I didn't even want the job after that.
