The interview process was incredibly smooth and thoughtful to me. I loved it. There is one question about how you would react to a customer who doesn't like a lot of coffee, but wants coffee. It was a funny question but it prepared me well for the job.

easy piecy. you meet with the hiring manager they ask you a couple of questions explain their culture to you. then they ask you to tell them little bit about yourself and then they begin to ask you a couple of questions. they mostly explain how Common Grounds works and try to introduce you to the team.

Entretien
Online application. They emailed back a little while later, followed by a phone call to come in and interview with staff manager. Several questions asked, great atmosphere, kind staff. Very inviting.
