Extensive. Multiple steps a candidate must pass through after just the initial interview. There are a few tests you must pass based on personality, math skills and how you work in a group and by yourself. You may have to finish with a short presentation as well.

Very straight forward. Got to meet the President of the company in the first meeting. Took a couple tests and discussed my personal and professional background. They explained how the company worked and where I would fit hired
