1st interview with Director of Operations (Terry) - he did a really good job of making me feel comfortable and confident in speaking and sharing my work experiences.
2nd interview with a group - could not remember all of their names but Adriana was especially interested in getting to know more than just the 'work me,' so that made me feel welcome immediately.
After the second interview, I was given a book to read and told to write a paragraph summarizing it. That was not a big deal - a bit old school in my opinion. The book was awful and lacked thematic significance (I of course did not say this in the email but that is my honest opinion now reflecting back on it).
3rd interview was supposed to be with the owners, Samantha and Paul Tradelius - I received a call while I was driving over an hour to get there informing me that they would be going in another direction. The call was from Terry and I could tell he was beside himself and was only doing was he was told to do by the owners.
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If they lack so much professionalism even during the small amount of time we spend together in the interview process, I cannot imagine how awful their client and interpersonal professionalism is within the company.
Good luck to those that give loyalty to a company that seems like its run by 2 narcissistic chickens with their heads cut off.
