Several phone interviews. Basic questions that ask about your Human Resources experience. The company seemed interested until we spoke. Asked questions that were already on the resume as well gave remarks that I had alot of HR experience in many areas. But later I received an email saying I didn’t portray enough HR experience for a small company when I worked with companies that had thousands of Associates. Just be careful, doesn’t seem like their interview process is created equal.

The interview Process was fast and very clear since the begining. Since the begining they resolve all the doubts that I have about the position, shift, salary, benefist, etc. And they respond my emails when I have a question about the process.

Entretien
Unprofessional interview questions. 5 telephone interviews and 1 in-person interview. The questions were made up of some competency based questions but others were too personal. Such as being asked for my age, if I have children, about my family background.
I honestly believe those questions are irrelevant as they cannot determine whether someone is fit to do a particular job or not.
They shouldn't even be used to assess culture fit as answers to those questions can have a subjective interpretation and ultimately disadvantage a candidate. As they lead to unfair discrimination.
