Dear Applicant. The pooled campus drive at Vishakapatnam organized by Nicco ventures (Student Services) had a footfall of 1398 candidates from six colleges. On day 1 the screening was done by coordinator – Nicco Ventures and 38 were shortlisted through google forms.. On day 2 CommLab online-test was given through CommLab LMS (Effectus LMS). Academic percentage matters, but we do vet for potential talent with desire to learn & grow, openness to feedback and ability to work in teams. For jobs-skills,we train all the new hires. CommLab is not hiring for core engineering jobs, but for new-age careers with immense growth potential.
