Entretien
The all process was very pleasant. First the HR called for a short interview which I have been asked to tell about myself and what are my salary expectations. After I had a zoom meeting with the team lead. She explained me about the job at the company and asked me to tell her about me and my former job experience. Next stage was at the office with the CSM director Next stage was with the VP sales at the company’s office the interview included professional questions. And last was HR interview which was mainly about me. If I’ll ask your former employer about you what will he say? After all that I had to take Reliability test. I must mention that they offered me exactly my salary expectation. Throughout the process the HR team was very helpful and responsive.

CSM Director: I have been asked about my job history and what kind of clients I dealt with. How many times a client needed to escalate to my manager. VP Sales: what do I do first after getting my clients portfolio? what do I do if one client has doubts about the security of the product? How do I offer a client compensation products ? HR interview: What is important to you at a company ? What is important to you in your management ? What will make you upset during your work?
