I completed the application online, received a call the next day to do a phone interview, was invited to a face-to-face interview for the following day and was offered the position on the spot. Started training approx 2 months later. I interviewed with 2 supervisors and they asked a lot of behavioral questions and questions related to past sales experience. They are big on previous sales experience for this particular position.

Question 1
They asked questions about how you would respond to certain customer calls, like what would you say if a customer called to disconnect. The good thing is, the woman who conducted my phone interview actually prepared me for a lot of the questions they asked me. Just make sure you focus on past sales experience and past experience in a call center.
