It is just a typical interview just like most of interviews. Interviewees should be fine as long as they're prepared. Nothing to crazy, but just need to make sure you're doing research on the company.

Enjoyed the people I met with but made it pretty clear that their salaries are a bit low.

Entretien
The interview process was straight forward. A recruiter contacted me and set up three interviews with the hiring team/managers. In my case there was some urgency so they set up all three interviews one after another the same day. I didn't have enough time to adequately prepare. All three interviews were done professionally and the interviewers were respectful. I interviewed in Denver and their stated salary range was 67k to 94k annnually. But they said they wanted to pay around 74k. Possible lowballing there.
