Assessment - wasn’t that hard to me
Phone interview - sent text out a few days after the assessment to set up the first phone interview it is a preliminary interview
Video interview - was told I would be doing the video interview and to set up a time for it right after the phone interview. It was pretty much the same questions ask as the first phone interview. Told I would be getting an offer at the end of the video interview.
Background check- you have to pass the background check to get the full offer

I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
