J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Comcast (Montgomery, PA) en oct. 2014
Entretien
I was informed by a Comcast recruiter that my resume was adequate for this position, took a verbal test via the telephone and was offered a job application. Upon passing the verbal test, I was then informed my resume was an adequate match for the position. I was offered a second interview at the corporate office in Montgomery County, a very beautiful establishment to say the least. I was dressed to impress and very clean cut, but the two interviewers were dressed as if they fell off the back of a trash truck. Their demeanor and communication skills were inadequate for their positions. I thought to myself, "this jobs in the bag for me". I received notification weeks later that I had not been selected for the position. I answered all technical questions to their liking, with swift accuracy and sold myself in a positive manner. What went wrong, or was my appearance too much for the dynamic duo..?

The process was straight forward with little experience needed. Anyone the has very good communication skills will be perfect for the job. This is a great opportunity for beginners in the job market.
It was quick and tedious. Interviewing supervisors we not incredibly friendly. The process was longer than I thought it needed to be for a call center entry level job. You can find a better job.

Pretty standard interview. If you get accepted through the first round, they'll send you an email about taking the assessment. The assessment is a job demo with different scenarios. Make sure you write things down as you go and pay attention!
