There were multiple interviews, all done by phone or virtually. For me, it was a fairly quick process. Within a week of applying I had already had my first two interviews. I then had two more with upper level leadership members on the same day. Finally a call back from a recruiter, a couple days later, confirmed my offer.

I had one interview with the sales manager. It was pretty much a "normal interview' but he did want me to sell him a pen. Lucky for me I used to sell pens.

The interview process felt rushed. I was invited to a first round interview via text communication. The first round interview was via phone. For a first round sales interview, the interviewer seemed disconnected.
