Entretien
The initial interviewer did not conduct the 1:1 interview. However, the interviewer was very pleasant, but was very vague at responding to questions about the job and company. After the interview, I was immediately directed to another location where the initial interviewer would speak with me. That process went very fast with little to no communication. The person only completed paper work, stated I was hired, and proceeded to walk away. From this process, I concluded that the company was not looking for people to grow the company.

What does Customer Service means to you and how do you feel about constant verbal attacks from a client?
It was pleasant at first but once they learned i didnt speak english, even thought it wasnt required, they moved to try and disqualify me. Was not a nice experience.

Tell me about a time you had to overcome an obstacle.
The interview process was very long from initial interview to onboarding. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, just very corporate and loots of hoops to get through. The people are nice and want to help as much as possible.
"Complete an online application, watch a video, and answer the related questions. Participate in two HR phone interviews, followed by video interviews with two managers and one with the director."
