Comcast uses the STARR interview method. The "Tell us about a time..." method. If you plan on applying for Comcast, which I would recommend if you're a good sales person, research the STARR interview method.

I find all of the questions in the STARR method to be difficult, and kind of leave you feeling that no answer is correct, which it isn't , really as it's more a psychological profile than job interview.
