Applied online and the next day got a phone call from market source doing the phone interview. I could tell it was a script that she was reading off of and told that i would get a email with a place and time for the face to face. 3 weeks later got the email and went to a the face to face. Met with a supervisor and asked the basic questions such as "give me a time when" and "described a time when" kind of questions. Passed that part and had a second interview that day with supervisor of the position. We talked about experience and general questions about the job. After 10min talk I was offered the job.
