J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Comcast (Sunnyvale, CA) en oct. 2019
Entretien
I applied via LinkedIn, for a position in Sunnyvale, CA and was contacted by a recruiter from Comcast. Asked about my background, roles I'm looking for, visa status etc and said that I will be given a coding assignment which I have to complete in 1 hour. This was scheduled for a Saturday morning.
I was expecting the mail from recruiter and it took half an hour and a reminder mail from my side for him to send the assignment. I finished it promptly and send back the assignment with test case document and Instructions to run the project. I dropped an acknowledgment mail to recruiter about finishing my assignment also.
I waited almost a week and then wrote to him asking the feedback, to which he said he never received my mail! (We were communicating on the same mail chain and he quoted the time of the mail on which i sent the assignment too!).
I said I can send the same project again. Again I did not receive any communication from him and after trying to get him on phone and sending project over Gdrive, he said he handed my assignment to the hiring manager.
After a week I again wrote to him about the feedback/next steps, to which there is no response from him.
It is very unprofessional and I cannot think of any reason how my mail was not received eventhough the whole communication happened in the same mail chain.
Extremely disappointed at unprofessional recruitment staff from Comcast!
