I applied online on Aug. 4th. I received an email the next day to take the assessment. My phone interview was on the 11th and then my in-person interview was on the 15th at a career fair. I interviewed with one person then was asked to stay for a second interview. I was told that I had the position and to be patient as they were conducting additional interviews. On August 31st I received a call from the recruiter stating the offer letter, drug test and background check docs would be emailed. Received the offer letter Sept. 2nd and drug/background check email on Sept. 6th. I went for the drug screening on Sept. 7th and I'm just waiting on the final offer letter.

Talk about a time when you dealt with an irate customer and did not have an answer for the customer right then? How did you handle this? Tell me about an encounter with a difficult customer?

phone interview then face to facwe interview bosses then they call u back for a second one if they are inteetested n you the process can take up to a monyh but the recruiters re very helpful
