Phone interview followed by a Face-to-face interview with the recruiting manager. After we met for about an hour i was hired on the spot. Manager made the interview very comfortable and was the furthest thing from intimidating. I knew right away this was a company I would want to work for. Once brought on board full time there was a drug screen and background check as well.
