There is a phone interview with mostly behavioral questions. After that there was a personality/behavioral test about how you would respond to certain situations. Received offer within a week or so.

They give you a sheet beforehand to prepare for the interview which is nice. This helped during the actual interview. The interviewer was nice and and seemed interested in what I had to say

I met the human resources team at the internship fair that was held at Northern Illinois University. The team offered me an interview same day . after the interview the team processed my application and made the decision by offering me a full time internship position. the process was very smooth and I felt comfortable working with the hiring team.
