The process took 3 months. There were 3 rounds of interviews, a phone interview, panel with faculty and a panel with SR leadership. They focus on the STAR method for answering and the entire process feels very robotic. The SR team showed more personality but still very question-answer style. The interviews were not difficult but were intimidating with the lack personalities shown. The major setback was the length of time to interview, 3 months is entirely too long.
