The process was fairly easy. I had separate interviews with the PI, postdoc and graduate student of the lab. They generally asked fairly easy questions in order to get to know me.

Overall pretty great! I basic zoom screening interview with the hiring manager and then an on-site interview to test technical lab skills and go over my qualifications. Mostly basic questions like "What is your background/experience, what interests you about our research, etc."
