Pleasant at first but extremely delayed as final interviews get near. They took almost 2 weeks to give an offer and it was way below what we had talked about. Their overall interviews don't feel too bad but it does start to feel like they're juggling too many candidates to consider the potentially best candidate. I ultimately said no because how bad the recruiter's communication was around the end.
