A very easy going & relaxed interview. A lovely group of individuals who interviewed me. Would highly recommend. Great company to work for, very established, whilst having the opportunity to grow within the company. Good location.

employee referrals make a big difference for employment at COLT. The same ad online or on company website does not invite an interview. So this suggests its not much process oriented but ppl dependent. The interview consisted of a F2F 1:1 meeting with a senior project manager. all questions asked were text book theoritical questions eg. what are the advantages of waterfall model over agile, how do you motivate your team members. Get to know about the internal working practices and processes will help.
