Initial call with recruiter, online tests, meetings with multiple members of team. Spent about 5-6 hours total on the process. Took weeks to get an offer. Was offered a different role than I initially applied for which was not communicated well throughout the interview process. Compensation offer was significantly lower than the expectation discussed with recruiter. Not the best experience and that could have easily been resolved with better communication, but the teams themselves were great people and I had wonderful conversations with all.
