Phone interview last 30 minutes, flew myself out for the COBRA test, aced it, took the PAN test here at home, aced it, flew myself back out for the panel interview and had to email them 5 times just to get an official no on the job

I first participated in a phone interview with the hiring manager to begin the process. A couple days later I was invited to take the COBRA test. I passed the COBRA test and then, was asked to take a PAN assessment the following week at another location. A few days after completing the PAN assessment, the company asked me to come in for a (4) person panel interview / behavioral interview. The entire process took (4) + weeks.
