I contacted them through their website, and then had a short one-on-one phone interview. It was an informal, get to know you type of call. A couple weeks later I had an hour-long interview at their office, where I met with 3 different people (both peers & supervisors).

Had an interview with a group of 4 people, and was brought back for a second interview with 3 people. My availability and timing didn't align and we agreed to stay in touch in the future. Enjoyed the group of people I talked to and really liked the atmosphere of the office. The conversations were relaxed and I appreciated the questions asked.
