Video interview for roughly an hour. Questions mostly focused on the role of the position and company with very little regarding my technical background. The interview was more of convincing me to join as opposed to them trying to vet me as a candidate. We talked more about the philosophy of being an engineer as opposed to anything too technical.
The interview was scenario based, asking mainly about my past experience. The initial interview was 30 minutes with three people on a panel. Overall seemed very enthusiastic about the company.

Zoom interview with hiring manager, pretty laid back and easy experience. No follow up interviews. Easy process and onboarding was very simple. Didn’t waste any time and signed over 9 months in advance
Group task, Individual Presentation, Individual final interview. Inlcuding a site visit. Spoke to current graduates/ new employees from different sectors of the business. Overall average difficulty quite a few people at once on the day
