Fairly straightforward. Phone conversation with someone in HR. Meeting with department lead. The questions are fairly generic. The role is described as entry level, so the questions aren't overly complex.

Why are you interested in Colliers? What is your experience with Excel?
I got a phone call got an over the phone interview with a member of the team. They called me at the appointed hour and asked questions about my experience, past employment, etc.
4 interviews, met them at lunch was casual conversation, 1 couldn't make it so i did the other interview in the office, nothing too technical. Not a bad process. Discussed resume, experience, what my value is to the team.
