Entretien
The Hiring Process took about two weeks. I applied for the position on their careers webpage and waited for a week for some sort of response from the company. After I had not heard from them, I took it upon myself to email my resume directly to someone in the Marketing department. I was called in for an interview that day! It was about a week before the interview took place and it went as well as it could have gone. They are a great company that clearly knows how to be successful.

The environment was very laid back and the interviewers were very friendly, doing their best to make me feel comfortable in their environment. Given that, there were no unexpected or difficult questions.
It's quite chill, they are polite but my english is not that great and the internet connection is weak so they don't seems to like me and dont bother to ask more.

Phone call with managers, meet with agents brokers and team members to discuss team dynamics and specific team needs. It was pretty casual, more so seeing personality fit and if you have basic fundamentals and are quick with picking up and learning.

Entretien
First, I had a phone call with a random recruiter in Canada (not from the actual office I'd be working with). She asked basic screening and skills questions and told me the logistics about the job. Then, I had about an hour long video chat with a recruiter from the actual office (she was very nice and it felt like a casual conversation). I had a poor experience because there was a long break for the holidays, then I got an email from the Canadian recruiter saying the team is still interviewing so look to hear back in another two weeks, then I was ghosted and no one responded to my follow up emails.
