This is a group interview. There are 5 groups in total and each group has 5 people. Firstly, the manager asks us to give a brief introduction of ourselves. Then he asks us to list our 3 main merits of our personality. And using 3 words to conclude that how people describe us most frequently. Later on, he asks what do we think we can bring to this company. He also asks why we want to work in China(since we graduated from Toronto). The job relevant questions is what kind of real estate project we prefer in a city like Shanghai and why. Lastly, he asks our preference of working city and the reasons.
