Used a contract recruiter who was inexperienced. She offered preferred dates on calendar that were clearly company holidays, so picked random non preferred dates and it worked. Ghosted after the interview even though she said moving to the next round. It was an unprofessional experience and I had little confidence after the initial interview in her abilities to manage the HR process.
