Everyone was friendly during the interview. They ask you questions about your experience. I was told that they would follow up in a week for a second round of interviews, but I never heard back. Definitely ghosted. I would have appreciated if they would have communicated that I was not selected to move on to the next round. Communication regardless of rejection would have let me know as a candidate that communication is valued within a company/institution
