When I applied I didn't hear back for roughly two months. Once I received my first interview, I then had individual interviews with 4 of the 6 members of the team. It was a pretty long process

I had to submit two projects to show my proficiency.
The application process took a long time in general. I believe it is usually a slow process. My interviewers asked challenging questions, but they were professional and friendly. I spoke to a recruiter, did two rounds of interviews, and completed a sample assignment.

They asked some very detailed questions about current educational trends to make sure I had the background knowledge.
