The interview process in total took about three months from first contact to an offer letter being signed. Being that I was applying from out of state, all of my interviews were conducted through video calling. Each person that I had interviewed asked the same amount of questions and there wasn't any real explanation of the role itself. Additionally, I interviewed with about five people in the division I had applied for, which in my view, belabored the process immensely to the point where I had forgotten about the position.
