One hour in-person interview. There were 3 interviewers (2 current college coaches, 1 supervisor). Questions are generally average interview questions, with some scenario questions and questions about the barriers lower income students face (think systemic oppression and how it relates to education). Overall, the interviewers were very personable, and easy to talk to. I went into it feeling really nervous, but left feeling great. Also, you don't have to dress super business professional, it's a bit more casual than that. I heard back from the interview pretty quickly, and accepted my offer.
